Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

With SECPay/PayPoint, we employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.


Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games, in the form of an online store voucher. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within seven days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.


Delivery Information

Delivery is calculated based on the total weight of the order. All games have been weighed and the weights have been entered onto the online store website, rounded up a little to allow for weight of packaging.
Should the Royal Mail script not work properly for your any particular order, the packaging and delivery option for that order will be £200!
If the only shipping option for your order is "Standard Delivery" at £200, please get in touch and we will work something out for you.
We aim to despatch all orders on the next available working day from receiving the order, and delivery time will vary, dependent on which method of postage was chosen at the time of the order.


Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


Recommended Ages & Game Times

The recommended ages for games, and the estimated time they take to play will not always match those printed on the box.

This is because we either know for a fact that older/younger children can/can't cope with a particular game, or alternatively we know that the time shown on a box for a game may be a little inaccurate.

Please treat these two pieces of information in the game descriptions as guidelines, rather than fact.


Availability of Goods

The Shire Games Online Store keeps track of stock levels. If a game goes Out of Stock in our real-life store at the same time as it is ordered online, you will be informed of any additional delay by email, and will have the opportunity to amend your order.


Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, email or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
